Frequently asked questions

What exactly am I receiving?

A pre-order of the patented world renown AI Knowledge Generator. You are funding the platform's development now, and in return you receive the licences, books, tokens and seminar access listed on your tier — plus free platform access donated to a charity in your name that you designated.

When do I get access?

Your licence activates when the modernized platform launches. You will receive a confirmation email with your order reference immediately, and launch details by email as the date is confirmed. Books and seminars marked "when published" ship as they become available.

Can I donate a custom amount instead of a tier?

Yes. Choose the Custom Donation card in the tier grid, or pick "Other amount" at checkout, and enter whatever you would like to give. Custom donations still include a charity gift and a certificate of appreciation.

How do I pay? Do you take crypto?

Card payments are processed by Stripe — your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure form and are never stored on our servers. Crypto is also supported: choose it at checkout and you will receive payment instructions with your order reference.

What is "blockchain-secured"?

Every pre-order is recorded with a unique reference so your entitlement can be verified independently of any single system. KG tokens included with your tier are issued on the platform's blockchain layer, which is also how students earn rewards for learning.

Are donations refundable?

This is a donation supported platform thanking you with a token gift of intrinsic value. The donations are automatically deposited to the development program and are not refundable.

Where does my money actually go?
